西安市人大常委会日前发布《西安市城乡规划条例》,明年1月1日施行。今后将鼓励集中建设符合国家规定占地面积的村民住宅小区;严格控制单家独户建房,对已建成的村民住房改造,严格按照规划要求进行审批。
Xi’an Municipal People’s Congress recently released “Xi’an Urban and Rural Planning Regulations,” January 1 next year will be implemented. In the future, it will encourage the centralized construction of residential quarters for villagers in line with the land area stipulated by the state; strictly control the construction of single-family houses and the approval of the housing reconstruction of villagers already built in strict accordance with the planning requirements.
