目前,村级后备干部队伍后继乏人的现象亟需引起重视。从我们北京市平谷县的情况看,村级后备干部匮乏的问题比较严重。特别是35岁以下青年后备干部短缺,支部书记的后备人选更缺。全县285个村级党支部,目前有合适支部书记后备人选的村不足三分之一,60岁以上的仍然担任村党支部书记的有42人,占全县支部书记总数的14.7%;50—59岁担任村支部书记的有66名,占23.1%;35岁以下已担任支委或副书记的286人,占支委以上干部的20%。有的村由于没有合适的接班人,不得不启用年近七旬原当过支部
At present, the phenomenon of the lack of successors to village-level reserve cadres needs urgent attention. Judging from our situation in Pinggu County, Beijing, the issue of lack of village-level reserve cadres is more serious. In particular, the reserve cadres under the age of 35 are in short supply and reserve secretaries are scarcer. At present, there are 285 village-level Party branches in the whole county, and currently there are less than one-third of the villages with reserve candidates for branch cadres.
