Objective To further verify whether the high-fat diet caused the changes of blood lipid metabolism in cold environment.Methods A total of 1 5 8 newly recruited soldiers were enrolled in the field in winter, Heat-to-heat ratio: about 25%), 30 mg · d-1 diet group, 20 mg · d-1 high fat diet group Plus Vit C0 6 0 0 mg · d-1 group.Experimental period 25 days.Results The triglyceride content before experiment was lower in the normal control group, the general diet plus Zn group, the high-fat group, the high-fat plus Vit E group, the high fat plus Vit C group were (mmol · L- 1) 1.5 ± 0.5; 1.0 ± 0.3; 1.9 ± 0.6; 1.3 ± 0.6; 1.8 ± 0. 8. After the experiment were (mmol · L -1) 2 .0 ± 0.8; 1.7 ± 0.8; 1.4 ± 0.6; 1.3 ± 0.5; 1.4 ± 0 .6. The total cholesterol content before the experiment were (mmol · L -1) 7.0 ± 2 .3; 6.3 ± 2 .1; 6 .1 ± 1 .7; 6 .2 ± 1 .6; 6 .1 ± 1 .7 after the experiment were (mmol · L- 1) 4 .4 ± 1 .5; 4.0 ± 1 .3; 4.5 ± 1 .8; 4.7 ± 1 .7; 5 .5 ± 1 .4.MDA content before the experiment in each group were (nmol · L- 1) 6 .1 ± 1 .6; 5 .1 ± 0 .9; 6. 4 ± 1 .5; 5 .4 ± 1 .2, 5 .4 ± 1 .6 after the experiment were (nm ol · L 1) 5.3 ± 2 .1; 5 .2 ± 2 .0; 5 .7 ± 2 .3; 5 .3 ± 2 .1; 5 .4 ± 2 .2 Conclusions During the experimental period, moderate supplementation of fat and antioxidants did not affect blood lipid level and MDA content
