为了提高汽车拖拉机齿轮的传动性能,齿轮的制造精度等级大都定为7级左右。而对此大批量生产的汽车拖拉机齿轮,国内外只能采用滚、插、剃的加工工艺。但7级精度中的齿形误差JB179—83《渐开线圆柱齿轮精度》标准比JB179—60标准提高了1.5~2级。这样贯彻新齿标,其中齿形精度是关键。专业齿轮厂均采用剃齿,今讨论我厂在试贯JB179—83标准中是如何解决剃齿的齿形精度的。
In order to improve the transmission performance of automobile tractor gears, the manufacturing precision of gears is mostly set to about 7 levels. The mass production of automobile tractor gear, at home and abroad can only roll, insert, shaving process. However, the 7-level accuracy of the tooth profile error JB179-83 “involute cylindrical gear accuracy” standard JB179-60 standard increased by 1.5 to 2 levels.
