同志们: 这次会议的目的是贯彻第十一次全国民政会议精神,推动社区建设向更广的范围、更高的水平发展。会议总结了青岛会议以来社区建设的新进展和新经验,命名了175个全国社区建设示范市、区,现场观摩了四平市社区建设的良好效果。学举同志代表民政部对下一步全面推进社区建设工作做了安排和部署,进一步明确了社区建设的任务、目标、思路和要求,希望大家回去后认真贯彻落实。我们这次会议之所以在四平召开,是想给大家展示一个后来居上的范例,推荐和倡导一种精神、一种思路和一种方法。一种精神,就是市委、市政府在经济不够发达,社区建设基
Comrades: The purpose of this meeting is to implement the spirit of the 11th National Civil Affairs Conference and promote the development of the community to a wider scope and at a higher level. The meeting summed up the new progress and new experiences in community building since the Qingdao Conference and named 175 national demonstration cities for community construction. The meeting witnessed the good effect of community construction in Siping City. Learning comrades on behalf of the Ministry of Civil Affairs made arrangements and plans for further promoting community construction in the next step and further clarified the tasks, objectives, ideas and requirements for community construction and hoped everyone would conscientiously implement the plan after returning. The reason why our meeting was held in Siping was to show everybody an example that came from behind, recommending and advocating a kind of spirit, a train of thought and a method. One kind of spirit is that municipal party committee and municipal government are underdeveloped in economy and base in community construction
