在中厚板的拄轧控冷工艺中,常将高压水作为控制板温的手段。但喷高压水后,板的温降值至今仍无可供计算的公式。操作上仅凭工人肉眼之观察。这就给正确制订合理的压下规程,有效地控制钢板的温度,进而控制其组织性能以及实现自动控制都带来一定困难。本文根据在现场生产中采集的一百余组实测数据,利用多维逐次回归方法,在APPLE—Ⅱ计算机上建立了控轧中厚板喷高压水时,板的温降予报数学模型,并给出了各预报因子对温降予报值的影响程发。

Out of the various predictors of temperature drop to the value of Chengfa.
