抗菌素治疗及使用磺胺类等可使疟原虫镜检阴性而延误疟疾的诊断。本文报告1例因饮用含奎宁饮料而影响疟疾的诊断。该病例22岁,女性患者,发热一周就诊。5周前自东非归来,在该地每周服法西达(含氨苯砜100mg和乙胺嘧啶12.5mg)1次,回到荷兰后继续服用法西达2次,2周后开始生病,出现不规则的发冷发热与头痛等,体温达38.9℃。体检除肛温37.8℃外,其他无异常,脾脏不大,实验室检查亦无特殊发现。就诊的第1、2天取血作厚血膜镜检疟原虫阴
