目的:观察肠道菌群重构Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠胰腺细胞线粒体的超微结构变化。方法:将64只SD雄性大鼠随机分为对照组、造模组、益生组、去污组。采用髙糖髙脂喂养,亚致病剂量(30 mg/ml)链脲佐菌素腹腔一次性注射造模,在2周4、周测空腹血糖并处死大鼠取胰尾做电镜切片观察。结果:各组出现的血糖升高无显著性差异(P>0.05);益生组线粒体受损明显,去污组相对较轻。结论:肠道菌群改变后导致Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠线粒体损伤超微病理改变程度有所不同。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the ultrastructural changes of mitochondria in pancreatic cells of type 2 diabetic rats with intestinal flora remodeling. Methods: 64 SD male rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, probiotic group and decontamination group. The rats were injected intraperitoneally with streptozotocin (30 mg / ml) at a dose of 30 mg / ml. The fasting blood glucose was measured at 2 weeks and the rats were killed. Results: There was no significant difference in blood glucose between groups (P> 0.05). The preadipocyte mitochondria were damaged obviously and the decontamination group was relatively lighter. Conclusion: The pathological changes of mitochondria in type Ⅱ diabetic rats caused by changes of intestinal microflora are different.
