本文对27例4组织细胞增生症X的石蜡包埋组织作了S-100蛋白免疫纽化、花生凝集素亲和组化及透射电镜检查。结果表明,三种方法均能显示郎格罕斯细胞,阳性率分别为88.5%、75%和47.4%。结合临床和组织学检查,它们对该病的诊断和鉴别有一定价值,但并不特异,对估测预后意义不大。实验尚表明病变中可能有皮肤未定类细胞或淋巴组织指突网状树突细胞参与。另外,多核巨细胞和泡沫细胞也可以由郎格罕斯细胞及其相关细胞所形成。
In this paper, 27 cases of 4 paraffin-embedded tissues of histiocytosis X were immunoprecipitated with S-100 protein, peanut lectin affinity group and transmission electron microscopy. The results showed that all the three methods can show the Langerhans cells, the positive rates were 88.5%, 75% and 47.4%. Combined with clinical and histological examination, they have some value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of the disease, but they are not specific and have little significance in estimating the prognosis. Experiments have also shown that lesions may have undetermined cells in the skin or lymphoid tissue refers to the reticulocyte dendritic cells involved. In addition, multinucleated giant cells and foam cells can also be formed by Langerhans cells and their associated cells.
