Xianyang Philharmonic Orchestra The Philharmonic Orchestra is a mass music team based on the ancient city of Xianyang and based on the musical arts as a means of bringing together amateur music lovers through symphony and chorus. Founded in March 2014, Xianyang Philharmonic Orchestra was established and headed by Xu Ping, award-winning singer of the CCTV “Avenue of Stars”, a favorite of Xianyang people.
