我们在实践工作中,往往容易碰到用万工显上的灵敏杠杆(即内测设备)无法测量的小于5毫米和大于195毫米的孔径。我厂计量室利用读数为1微米或2微米无换向装置的杠杆千分表,对2~395毫米孔径进行了测量,取得了良好的效果,现介绍如下。测量装置:本装置采用比较法,利用杠杆千分表测头,作为测量孔径时的定位装置。使用范围:φ2~φ395毫米。操作步骤:(一)测量φ2~φ5的孔径1.把一杠杆千分表固定在主显微镜的物镜上,使其测杆与工作台垂直。杠杆千分表选用直径为1毫米左右的测头。2.把一量块(与被测孔径名义尺寸相同)固定在仪器工作台上,用杠杆千分表把量块的中心长度调整到与导轨移动方向相平行。
