通过在桥式起重机箱形主梁上翼缘板下纵向设置承轨梁,减少了中间横隔板,消除由此引起的焊接变形,从而达到优化结构、提高主梁承载能力的目的。对QD300t-33m桥式起重机的主梁结构进行有限元分析计算,得到了桥架结构的应力、变形大小和分布情况。分析结果表明,该结构具有受力分布合理,结构制作简单,承载性能良好的特性,适于在大跨度、大起重量桥式起重机中应用。
By installing a bearing rail under the flange plate on the bridge girder, the intermediate diaphragm is reduced and the welding deformation caused thereby is eliminated so as to optimize the structure and improve the carrying capacity of the main girder. The finite element analysis and calculation of the girder structure of QD300t-33m overhead crane has been carried out, and the stress, deformation size and distribution of the bridge structure have been obtained. The analysis results show that the structure has the characteristics of reasonable stress distribution, simple structure production and good bearing performance, and is suitable for application in large-span and large-weight overhead traveling cranes.
