近年来血管内超声成像技术发展极为迅速,为了更大限度地挖掘血管内超声图象的有用信息,本文应用计算机图形学和图象处理技术对腔内超声图象做了进一步处理.这里,首先讨论血管壁边缘检测方法,在此基础上测量血管内径,壁厚,血管横截面积及周长,探讨了动脉压力与这些参数的关系,最后实现了血管图象三维重建,给出了血管的三维立体视图,为了便于全面地观察血管,设置了旋转、扩放、伸缩等功能.“,”Intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) imaging technique has been developed rapidly in recent years. In order to obtain more useful informati on, further processing of the IVUS images is described in this paper. Firstly, boundary detection method of vessel wall is approached, then radius of lumen, thickness of vessel, area of cross section and perimeter of vessel are measured, the relationships of artery pressure and these parameters are investigated. Lastly, three dimension reconstruction is performed to obtain the three dimensional images of artery. For roundly observing vessel, rotate, zoom in, zoom out, and pause functions are set.
