本文从我国职业教育改革的现时需要出发,重新讨论了几个有关德国职业教育的基本概念,特别是体现德国职业教育体制特征的“双元制”和基于工作过程的学习领域课程,分析了德国组织职业教育的法规体系和在教学层面实现“校企合作”的具体形式。基于此,探讨了德国职业教育发展模式对我国职业教育在立法、举办、教学以及目标定位等方面的借鉴意义。
Based on the current needs of the reform of vocational education in our country, this paper revisits several basic concepts of vocational education in Germany, especially the “dual system” which reflects the characteristics of German vocational education system and the courses in the field of study based on the work process. The legal system of the German organization of vocational education and the concrete form of “school-enterprise cooperation” at the teaching level. Based on this, this paper discusses the reference mode of the development mode of German vocational education to the legislation, organization, teaching and goal orientation of our country’s vocational education.
