成灌铁路某桥采用48 m后张法预应力混凝土梁,施工方案为移动模架施工,除第一孔能满足两端张拉外,其余孔跨均需采用单端张拉,为满足设计要求,准确测定预应力孔道的摩阻系数对指导施工具有重要的意义。试验采用穿心式索力传感器测定预应力张拉力,该类传感器通常用于斜拉索、吊杆等桥梁结构的测量,通过对数据的细致分析,验证该传感器在预应力孔道摩阻系数测定中应用的可行性。
