1.贵州信息产业的产出结构分析 由于贵州国民经济的长期落后,信息产业要从传统的三次产业中脱颖而出,还需要一个过程,这一过程的长短则主要取决于政府的决策。1998年,国家信息产业部的成立,为贵州相应信息产业管理机构的挂牌运转提供了有力的保障,也预示着贵州信息产业的发展将进入一个崭新的时期,如果我们能把握好这次机遇,充分发挥政府的强制力和市场的引导力,催化信息产业的分离和成长过程,那么,实现国民经济的跳跃式、超常规发展是完全可能的。笔者从贵州1987年,1992年投入产出表中所获资料,经整理后得到这两个时期贵州信
