对本钢5号高炉投产后冷却壁破损情况处理与分析。5号高炉2001年改造后投产以来,一直处于稳定、高产状态。但2003年8月冷却壁出现破损现象,特别是2005年-2007年冷却壁破损较为严重。2007年3月11日年修将8段破损铜冷却壁管根处钢甲割开,发现冷却壁管根有断裂现象,分析原因是由于剪切应力造成的,于是进行铜冷却壁管根修复。又将冷却壁外部连接硬管改为软硬结合的连接方式。通过近两年实践、摸索出一套铜冷却壁管根断裂的处理经验。为高炉稳定顺行提供了可靠的保证。
