自1981年研究角膜接触镜以来,在兄弟单位的协助下,对亲水软镜进行了探索,取得成功。本文就该镜的优缺点作一简要介绍。亲水凝胶接触镜是捷克 Wichterie 1960年发明的,经过许多学者的研究和实践,发展较快,最初是用二醇甲基丙烯酸(HEMA)制成。为第一代镜。随后把乙烯吡咯烷酮加到 HEMA 内,制成含水量更高的材料,为第二代镜,在各国盛行。最近几年鼓舞人心的第三代镜已经出现,它是用与 HEMA 不同的水凝胶单体混合而成,在治疗眼病,矫正无晶状体眼的屈光等方面似有更大的优越性。
Since the study of contact lenses in 1981, with the help of his brother unit, the hydrophilic soft mirror was explored and achieved success.
