在大中型中央空调水系统中,往往采用多台变频水泵并联运行的方式,以便通过运行台数及频率的调节适应水系统流量的变化。在空调运行过程中,根据用户的负荷需求,冷冻水流量是不断变化的,这样就需要系统自动调节水泵频率以满足当前负荷需求。这样就有可能是多泵运行在低频率或者少泵运行在高频率,而这两种方案都是不科学不合理的,当然也就达不到节能效果。本文描述将一种自动根据当前末端负荷在并联泵组中优选出能耗最低的泵组合的控制技术。
