集中供热和热电联产是现代公认的提高能源利用率的有力措施。但在尚未有集中锅炉房和热电站的工业区内,锅炉的容量和炉效不一,年利用小时少,使有的厂即使具有较高炉效的锅炉亦处在低效状况下运行。如把炉效高的锅炉联成网来供热,並停用某些厂的炉效低的锅炉,总的就可大量节能。这是在发展集中供热、热电联产过渡期内行之有效的措施。我们曾对杭州市的食品工业、日用品工业集中的望江门地区的热力设备及热力负荷做了一些调查工作,以下研讨该区联网供热的可行性。 1.调查的情况: 1)锅炉装见容量。秋涛路的两旁19个工厂的情况,80年拥有生产
Centralized heating and combined heat and power are modernly recognized as powerful measures to increase energy efficiency. However, in industrial areas where there are no centralized boiler rooms and thermal power stations, the boiler capacity and furnace efficiency are not the same, and the annual utilization hours are small, so that even some boilers with higher furnace efficiency are operating under inefficient conditions. For example, boilers with high furnace efficiency can be connected to heat supply, and boilers with low furnace efficiency in some plants can be deactivated. As a result, a large amount of energy can be saved in total. This is an effective measure for the development of the central heating and cogeneration period. We have done some investigation work on the thermal equipment and thermal load in the Wangjiangmen area of the food industry and daily necessities industry in Hangzhou.
