介绍了无缸筒衬套的全铝发动机缸体压铸浇注系统的设计。缸体铸件整体形状复杂,结构多变,壁厚不均匀,缸套处不采用预镶缸套,壁厚大。采用单侧进料方式,有利于铸件在浇注过程中的排气,避免气体窝在缸筒内,出现大的气缩孔。采用真空抽气方式,能显著减少气孔,使组织更加致密,提高铸件的力学性能。设计合理有效的缸筒镶件结构,并对其进行表面处理,降低表面的摩擦因数,可以使缸体脱模时减少对模具的损伤。
The design of all-aluminum engine block die-casting pouring system without cylinder bushing is introduced.
