为认真贯彻落实江泽民总书记“三个代表”的重要思想,进一步加强与广大科技工作者的联系,听取和反映广大科技工作者的意见和建议,维护科技工作者的合法权益。石家庄市科协近日发出通知,自2000年6月建立“领导干部接待日”制度。定于每月第一个星期的星期三为市科协“领导干部接待日”。市科协主席、副主席轮流值班,接待科技人员来电、来访,听取和解答科技人员的意见、建议和问题。针对需研究、协调、上报解决的问题,分别责成有关部门限期提出方案,并将处理结果及时向科技人员进行反馈。

Municipal Association for science and technology chairman and vice chairman take turns on duty, receiving scientific and technological personnel calls, visit, listen and answer scientific and technical personnel comments, suggestions and problems. In view of the problems that need to be studied, coordinated and submitted for settlement, the relevant departments are respectively instructed to submit the proposals within a time limit and feedback the results to the scientific and technical personnel in time.
