响洪甸水库是正在兴建中的新中国第一座混凝土重力拱坝。自从党的八届二中全会要求我们全面开展增产节约运动以来,为了进一步提高工程质量和降低工程成本,特别是对水泥、钢筋、木料等主要建筑材料的节约,职工们发挥了高度的积极性和创造性。现将响洪甸水库工程中在节约水泥方面所采取的技术措施,提供同志们参考研究。
Xiang Hongdian Reservoir is the first concrete gravity arch dam in new China under construction. Since the Second Plenary Session of the Eighth Central Committee of the Party demanded that we fully implement the campaign of increasing production and saving energy, in order to further improve the quality of the project and reduce the cost of construction, especially for the major construction materials such as cement, steel bar and lumber, the staff and workers have played a highly active and creativity. Now we will ring the technical measures taken in cement conservancy project in Hongdian Reservoir Project and provide comrades reference research.
