文章指出,采用由爆震传感器和电子控制单元构成的点火推迟系统,当燃用的汽油辛烷值不变时,允许压缩比提高1个单位,从而提高发动机的燃料经济性。本文介绍了一种根据压磁效应制成的压磁式爆震传感器。试验证明,该传感器能满足使用要求,可靠性好,且成本低廉。
The article points out that using an ignition retard system consisting of a knock sensor and an electronic control unit allows the compression ratio to be increased by 1 unit when the octane number of the gasoline burned is constant, thereby improving the fuel economy of the engine. In this paper, a piezomagnetic knock sensor based on piezomagnetic effect is introduced. Test proved that the sensor can meet the requirements, reliability, and low cost.
