政府预算编制方法的完善,是新时期我国经济、社会发展的必然需要,也是提高预算工作水平和质量的重要保障。本文分析了现行政府预算编制方法存在的不足,并在此基础之上,阐述了完善政府预算编制方法的若干措施。本文旨在强化对政府预算编制方法的认识,促进我国政府预算编制方法的不断完善。 The improvement of the method for compiling government budgets is an inevitable requirement for the economic and social development of our country in the new era and an important guarantee for improving the level and quality of budget work. This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the current government budget preparation method, and on this basis, elaborates some measures to improve the government budget preparation method. The purpose of this paper is to strengthen the understanding of the method of compiling government budgets and promote the continuous improvement of the method of compiling government budgets in our country.
