本文针对影响油菜割晒机茎秆铺放质量的要素繁多复杂,以4SY-1.8型油菜割晒机为研究对象,根据该机田间的试验结果,采用故障树分析法,基于植株生物学特性、机械物理性质、油菜割晒机的结构参数、运行参数等诸多影响因素开展该机田间作业的适应性研究.本文通过建立油菜割晒机茎秆铺放质量的故障树模型,分析该模型的定性和定量结果,得到影响割晒机田间作业质量的主要因素,并获得与油菜割晒机相匹配的最佳农艺参数范围.该研究已成功应用于4SY-1.8油菜割晒机新样机的优化设计,同时可为同类型油菜割晒机的田间作业适应性提供参考.
