1996年4月16日,世界银行董事会已正式批准向中国政府提供1.5亿美元动物饲料贷款。经世界银行和国家财政部、国家计委及农业部的确认和批准,该笔贷款由中国农村发展信托投资公司作为中间金融机构转贷。目前,中农信公司山西办事处按照总公司的要求正在积极开展此项贷款在山西的项目选项、评估、审查、上报等准备工作。为此,记者日前专程走访了中农信公司山西办事处总经理阎卓儒。
On April 16, 1996, the World Bank’s board of directors officially approved the provision of a loan of 150 million U.S. dollars to the Chinese government for animal feed. As confirmed and approved by the World Bank, the Ministry of Finance, the State Development Planning Commission and the Ministry of Agriculture, the loan is lent by China Rural Development Trust and Investment Corporation as an intermediary financial institution. Currently, according to the requirements of the head office, Shanxi Office of China Rural Credit Information Corporation is actively carrying out preparatory work for the project options, assessment, review and reporting of this loan in Shanxi. To this end, the reporter recently made a special trip visited the Yanzuo Ru, general manager of the Shanxi office of the middle-income letter company.
