[目的]探讨烟草专用基肥配施饼粕型有机肥对烤烟K326不同部位烟叶品质的影响.[方法]以不同比例饼粕有机肥与烟草专用基肥作基肥,对烟株不同生育时期的农艺性状及与烟叶品质密切相关的几种化学成分含量并进行统计分析。[结果]与CK相比,不同比例饼粕有机肥与烟草专用基肥配施处理可增加有效叶片数5.56%~20.39%,提高株高3.01%~5.84%,协调烟株不同部位叶片内总糖、总氮、烟碱含量及比例,使各处理烟叶糖/氮更趋近于10±1,而氮/碱更趋近于1±0.1,利于改良烟叶品质。该研究中750 kg/hm2烟草专用基肥配合292 kg/hm2饼粕有机肥施用对于改善烟株农艺性状、提高烟叶品质指标效果最好。[结论]该研究为打造湖南浓香型特色烟叶品牌和加快烟草专用基肥更新换代提供依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the effect of special base fertilizer combined with meal-type organic fertilizer on the tobacco leaf quality in different parts of flue-cured tobacco K326. [Method] With different proportions of organic fertilizer and specific tobacco base fertilizer as basal fertilizer, And closely related to the quality of tobacco and several chemical composition and statistical analysis. [Result] Compared with CK, the treatment with different proportions of organic manure and tobacco base fertilizer could increase the effective leaf number by 5.56% ~ 20.39% and increase the plant height by 3.01% ~ 5.84%, and coordinate the total sugar contents in leaves of different parts of tobacco plants , Total nitrogen, nicotine content and proportion, so that the treatment of tobacco leaf sugar / nitrogen closer to 10 ± 1, while the nitrogen / alkali closer to 1 ± 0.1, which will help improve the quality of tobacco. In this study, application of 750 kg / hm2 tobacco-specific basal fertilizer combined with 292 kg / hm2 cake organic fertilizer had the best effect on improving tobacco agronomic traits and improving tobacco quality index. [Conclusion] This study provided the basis for building brand of Luzhou-flavor tobacco and accelerating the upgrading of tobacco-specific base fertilizer.
