目的调查医院辅助诊断检查满意度,为有效缩短平均住院日,提高病床工作效率提供参考依据。方法采取访问调查与自填调查相结合的方式,将检查类项目的科室、内科科室和外科科室作为调查对象,对检查类项目的科室设备运行情况,住院病人预约检查项目后的等待时间,住院病人检查类报告单送达临床科室情况等进行调查。结果预约检查后等待时间为3天以上的检查项目中,MRI检查、动态心电图检查、动态血压检查和肠镜检查的认同率大于50%;临床科室对常规检查类项目报告单送达情况的满意率为64.52%,不满意率为35.48%,在不满意的5个项目中,放射诊断类检查项目有3项,占60.00%。结论进一步调动医护人员的主观能动性,充分利用医疗资源,提高辅诊诊断检查工作效率,对缩短平均住院日有积极作用。
Objective To investigate the satisfaction degree of hospital auxiliary diagnostic tests and provide reference for effectively shortening the average length of stay and improving the working efficiency of hospital beds. Methods Taking the way of combination of interview investigation and self-checking investigation, the department, internal medicine department and surgical department of the examination items were taken as the investigation objects. The operation conditions of the departments and equipment of the examination items, the waiting time after the inpatient appointment examination items, Patient examination report form served clinical departments, etc. to investigate. Results The examination rates of MRI examination, Holter examination, ambulatory blood pressure examination and colonoscopy were more than 50% in the examination items waiting for more than 3 days after reservation examination. The satisfaction of the clinical departments with the delivery of the report form of routine examination items The rate was 64.52% and the dissatisfaction rate was 35.48%. Among the 5 unsatisfactory projects, there were 3 radiation examination items, accounting for 60.00%. Conclusion To further mobilize the subjective initiative of medical staff, make full use of medical resources, improve the efficiency of diagnosis and diagnosis in adjuvant clinic and have a positive effect on shortening the average length of stay.
