检察机关作为我国的法律监督机关,在建设法治中国的历史任务中承担着重要职责和光辉使命。构建庄严神圣的法律框架,确保检察权在法律框架内和谐运行,对于进一步深化司法体制改革促使检察机关依法独立公正行使检察权意义重大。纵观我国当前检察权的配置和运行,一系列问题的存在致使检察权应有的作用和功能尚未充分发挥,因而,采取针对性的措施予以破解极为必要。
As the legal supervisory organ of our country, procuratorial organs bear important responsibilities and glorious missions in the historical mission of building a rule of law in China. Constructing a solemn and sacred legal framework to ensure the prosecutorial power operates harmoniously within the framework of law is of great significance to further deepening the reform of the judicial system and procuratorial organs to exercise independent and impartial procuratorial power in accordance with the law. Looking at the configuration and operation of the current prosecutorial power in our country, the existence of a series of problems has not yet brought into full play its due role and function. Therefore, it is absolutely necessary to take targeted measures to solve it.
