近年来,北方一些地区由于基础工程施工质量差,造成基础冻胀、墙体裂缝事故逐年增多。本文根据两个实例,对裂缝原因、特点及加固处理方法作一简介。一、工程实例 1.某家属宿舍该宿舍为四层砖混结构。建筑面积1240m~2,1975年施工,1978年初四楼西山墙房间的非承重内隔墙和屋顶靠外墙的第一块空心板与第二块空心板之间纵向发生裂缝。以后逐年扩张,其它部位也出现裂缝。至1981年7月,四楼裂缝严重,其次是三楼、二楼,一楼完好。其中四楼裂缝最严重的房间是西
In recent years, due to poor construction quality of basic projects in some areas in the north, base frost heave and wall crack accidents have increased year by year. Based on two examples, this article gives an introduction to the causes, characteristics, and methods of reinforcement. First, project examples 1. A family dormitory This dormitory is a four-story brick-concrete structure. The building area was 1240m~2. It was constructed in 1975. There was a longitudinal crack between the first non-load-bearing inner wall of the west gable room on the fourth floor of the 1978 and the first hollow board against the outer wall of the roof and the second hollow board. Since then, it has been expanding year by year and cracks have also appeared in other parts. By July 1981, the fourth floor had serious cracks, followed by the third and second floors, and the first floor was intact. The room with the most cracks on the fourth floor is West
