本文研究了Ni-Mo-W型铸造镍基合金的组织及其耐蚀性能。该合金在30-36%HCl,60℃苛刻条件下,与性能优良的HastelloyB-2合金做了对比试验。着重研究了W对题述合金组织与耐蚀性能的影响。试验结果表明,适量的W可明显提高合金耐浓盐酸介质的均匀腐蚀性能,并使合金具有较好的电化学腐蚀性能和较高的抗点蚀性能。
In this paper, the microstructure and corrosion resistance of Ni-Mo-W cast Ni-base alloy were studied. The alloy was tested in comparison with Hastelloy B-2 alloy with excellent performance in 30-36% HCl and 60 ℃ harsh conditions. Focus on the impact of W on the corrosion resistance of the title alloy. The experimental results show that the proper amount of W can obviously improve the uniform corrosion resistance of the alloy against concentrated hydrochloric acid and make the alloy have good electrochemical corrosion resistance and high pitting corrosion resistance.
