【摘要】目的：探讨使用咪达唑仑行清醒镇静镇痛内镜检查的合理用量、成功率和安全性。方法：回顾性分析本院2008年7月-2012年7月行咪达唑仑清醒镇静镇痛胃镜、肠镜检查的520例患者的病例资料，分析其总成功率、行走恢复时间、满意度和遗忘度，并比较不同年龄组用药情况和不良反应。结果：内镜检查的总成功率为100%，胃镜和肠镜检查的满意度达99.17%和99.29%，而遗忘度分别为98.33%和98.2
