肾癌动脉磺化油与抗痼药物乳化剂栓塞疗法为目前治疗中晚期肾癌较好的姑息疗法。为了掌握肾瘤碘化油栓塞程度及效果,我们更加深入细致地研究了CT分析,并对栓塞术后肿瘤复发的CT表现及病理加以研究。作者报告46例经临床及造影证实肾癌。全部病例实行栓塞术,采用CT随诊观察进行认真研究,
Renal cancer arterial sulphonated oil and anticonvulsant drugs embolism embolization therapy is currently a good palliative treatment for advanced renal cancer. In order to grasp the degree and effect of renal tumor iodized oil embolism, we have studied the CT analysis in more detail and studied the CT appearance and pathology of tumor recurrence after embolization. The authors reported 46 cases of renal cell carcinoma confirmed by clinical and angiography. Embolization was performed in all cases. Careful study was performed using CT followed up.
