2010年以来,国内粮油市场价格在国家政策提振及国内粮食连续丰收的大背景下,总体保持了小幅震荡走高的行情,局部地区及个别品种受一些因素的影响出现了一定幅度的波动。1～4月,国内小麦市场受2010年最低收购价政策的支持继续呈现上涨走势,4月份,由于小麦需求状况一般,最低收购价小麦拍卖投放量充足,小麦价格维持了高位小幅震荡的走势,市场运行平稳。1～4月,受国内玉米减产、新的玉米临时收储政策支持以及国内玉米需求旺盛的刺激,玉米价格呈现持续上涨走势,4月份,阶段性供求紧张继续推动了国内玉米价格的上涨。2010年稻谷最低收购价的大幅提高推动了2010年以来国内稻米市场价格的上涨,4月份,国内稻米价格继续上涨,受粳米供求紧张的影响,粳籼稻米价差进一步扩大,粳强籼弱格局继续保持。1～4月,在国家临时收储价格的支撑下,国内大豆市场收购价格维持在临储收购价格附近运行,总体成交相对清淡。2010年以来,由于国内食用油供给充足,市场需求一般,食用油市场价格总体呈现弱势走势,4月份,受国家大幅度提高新季菜籽收购价及严格豆油进口政策的刺激,食用油价格呈现小幅上涨走势。
