作为世界上使用最广泛的语言,英语在国际交流中占据着重要地位。而做好英语翻译工作对于促进交流的展开又起着至关重要的作用。除了对英汉两种语言有较高程度的掌握以外,还必须对英语国家文化有着较为深刻的理解和认识。本文从跨文化视角出发,分析了当代高校英语教学的现状和跨文化教育对于英语翻译的重要性,并探讨了跨文化教育的开展对策。
As the most widely used language in the world, English occupies an important place in international exchange. And doing a good job in English translation plays an important role in promoting the exchange. In addition to a higher degree of mastery of English and Chinese languages, but also must have a more profound understanding of English-speaking countries and culture. This article analyzes the current situation of English teaching in contemporary colleges and universities and the importance of intercultural education to English translation from the perspective of intercultural education. It also discusses the countermeasures of carrying out intercultural education.
