在第一拖拉机制造厂对4125A(B)型柴油机改进的基础上,结合我场已普遍使用共晶铝硅活塞和缩小配缸间隙的经验,我们对全场82台老式4125柴油机进行了改造,效果显著。主要采取了以下技术措施: 1.更换节能配件重点更换节能活塞、螺旋弹簧内撑环和厚度1.6毫米的缸垫。 2.严格修理技术标准,提高装配精度重点满足了以下技术要求: (1)活塞凸出机体平面的高度应在0.3～0.6毫米之内,装用厚度1.6毫米的缸垫。 (2)严格将缸套凸出机体平面高度控制在0.08～
