中国农机学会科普委员会农机监理学组召开的这次学术讨论会,从理论上探讨了农机监理时性质和任务、在社会经济中的地位和作用以及发展趋势;农机监理的法规建设和构想;加强农机监理的方法和手段。这次学术交流表明,农机安全监理工作在重视应用技术的同时,加强了基础理论的研究,对发展我国农机安全监理系统理论,促进农机监理学科的建立迈出了可喜的一步。
This seminar was held by the Agricultural Mechanization Supervision Section of the Popular Science Committee of China Agricultural Machinery Society to discuss the nature and tasks of the supervision of agricultural machinery, its status and role in the social economy and its development trend; the construction and conception of laws and regulations on agricultural machinery supervision; Methods and means of agricultural supervision. The academic exchange shows that while emphasizing the application of technology, agricultural safety supervision work has strengthened the study of basic theory and taken a gratifying step toward the development of China’s agricultural machinery safety supervision system theory and promotion of the establishment of agricultural supervision supervisory discipline.
