开展资源综合利用是一项重大的技术经济政策,对合理利用资源,增加社会财富,提高经济效益,保护自然环境,都有重要的意义。为了调动企业开展资源综合利用的积极性,对有关问题,特作如下规定: 一、国家鼓励企业积极开展资源综合利用,对综合利用资源的生产和建设,实行优惠政策。亨受优惠待遇的范围,按照本规定所附《资源综合利用目录》执行。国家经委可以根据实际情况,对《资源综合利用目录》进行调整。
Carrying out the comprehensive utilization of resources is a major technical and economic policy, which is of great significance to the rational utilization of resources, enhancement of social wealth, enhancement of economic benefits and protection of the natural environment. In order to mobilize the enthusiasm of enterprises to carry out the comprehensive utilization of resources, special provisions should be made on the relevant issues as follows: 1. The State encourages enterprises to actively carry out the comprehensive utilization of resources and preferential policies on the production and construction of comprehensive utilization of resources. The scope of preferential treatment is subject to the “List of Resources Comprehensive Utilization” attached to these Provisions. The State Economic Commission may, according to the actual situation, make adjustments to the Catalog of Comprehensive Utilization of Resources.
