我厂在技术革命运劝中,车间领导、技术人员和工人共同研究,将干碾机料粉篩网改成4~5层,使料按粒度区分开来,不仅保证了料粉颗粒符合要求,而且也提高了产量。在此基础上又改装了用干碾机生产熟料细粉(<0.088毫米)及一定颗粒组成的料粒,使产量提高一倍,充分发挥了设备的潜力;同时也解决了没有球磨机的困难。由于颗粒组成达到规程要求,产品的理化指标都有提高。现将9号及3号碾机改装情况简述于下。(1)9号碾机:9号碾机砣重7吨(两个砣),砣宽500毫米,砣直径为1200毫米,盘直径2600毫米,转速为28.5转/分,原来用来粉碎山东洪山灼山细粉生产能力为2吨/班。改进后(图1)篩(?)安装角度为45度左右,篩网共有5层,第4层上装有木挡板(300毫米长),第一层篩网为4目,保护篩使大块料不落在第2层篩网上,而使他重新返回碾内粉碎,第2层为60目篩
