皮质下动脉硬化性脑病（SAE）又称Bin．swanger病（BD）。1894年首先由Binswanger报告。1898年Alzheimer又称这种病为Bin－swanger病。诊断往往依靠病理。由于神经影像学的发展及磁共振诊断技术的应用，脑白质病变的检出率明显增多，使此病从临床上即可作出诊断。本文报告SAE16 Subcortical arteriosclerotic encephalopathy (SAE) also known as Bin. swanger disease (BD).
