中国在双边投资条约中给予外资的待遇经历了一个逐步提高的过程。本文试图透过中国与德国的新旧两个双边投资条约的比较,直观揭示改革开放以来中国外资待遇提高的这一历程并探讨其原因。
The treatment given to foreign investment by China in the bilateral investment treaties has gone through a process of gradual improvement. This article attempts to directly reveal the course of China’s foreign investment treatment since the reform and opening up through the comparison of the two old and new bilateral investment treaties between China and Germany and discuss the reasons.
