一、前言振动消除应力(也称振动时效)与热时效、自然时效相比,具有节约能源、设备简单、周期短等优点。而且工艺效果好,工件尺寸稳定性比热时效和自然时效好,因此引起了国内外许多同志的关切。近年来,振动时效已逐渐被人们公认,也被众多的试验所证实。但由于内应力的现场无损测量还没有简单方便的方法,所以迄今振动时效在国内实际生产中的应用,尚未广泛开展。最近,我们与上海交通大学共同研制了压磁应力测量仪,使内应力现场无损测量得到了解决。本文扼要介绍一下磁性测定的原理、方法和效果。二、压磁应力测量仪目前国内评定振动时效的效果,一般是参照美国马丁公司采用的方法:工件若消除了应力,则共振频
