在龙口市“改变旧观念,实施新课程”的实践和研究中,我们同许多幼教工作者一样出现了一些困惑、冲突和挣扎。如何使问题研究成为课改的切入口和驱动力?如何使教师在集体的智慧分享和实践交流中提高和发展?我们的思路是:利用教研组这一重要阵地,积极引领,全员参与,深入开展多样化、多层面的园本教研活动,帮助教师共同提升教育理念,并把新课改中的理念落实到日常教学行为之中,同时解决“评头论足泛滥”
