建筑业在我国加入WTO后面临着十分微妙的形势,可以说是利弊参半。中国积极加入WTO的态度表明中国将继续奉行对外开放的政策,在更广阔的范围内融入世界经济体系。加入WTO后,我国需要按照国际建筑业的行业规范来管理建筑市场和建筑企业,给来自国外的建筑企业国民待遇,也就是开放我国的建筑市场。面对国际大承包商即将参与国内竞争,中国建筑业如何应对,这是摆在我们面前的现实问题。
Construction industry in our country after joining the WTO is facing a very delicate situation, it can be said that the pros and cons are mixed. China’s attitude of actively joining the WTO shows that China will continue to pursue its policy of opening to the outside world and integrate itself into the world economic system in a broader context. After joining the WTO, our country needs to manage the construction market and construction enterprises in accordance with the industry norms of the international construction industry and give national treatment to construction enterprises from abroad, that is, opening up the construction market of our country. In the face of the international large contractors about to participate in domestic competition, how to deal with China’s construction industry, which is the real problem before us.
