俄罗斯著名经济学家阿巴尔金院士1993年2月20日上午应邀在中国社会科学院作《当前俄罗斯的经济形势与改革前景》的学术报告。 阿巴尔金认为,要建立灵活、高效、能随时适应科技进步的经济,就必须有市场。在原来实行计划经济的国家里要实现向市场经济过渡并不是在短期内可以完成的,需要有一个过渡阶段,是一个渐进的过程,至少需要10年时间、因为要建立市场的基础设施(如 On February 20, 1993, academician Abalin, a famous Russian economist, was invited to give an academic report entitled “Current Economic Situation and Reform Prospects of Russia” at the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Abalgin believes that there must be a market to establish an economy that is flexible, efficient and adaptable to technological progress at any time. The transition to a market economy in a country that originally planned economy would not be completed in a short period of time. There needs to be a transitional phase and it is a gradual process that will take at least 10 years because market infrastructure needs to be set up
