对再生系统计量泵A-P551A/B相关管线进行改造,解决苯加氢系统再生工序出口管线堵塞及设备频繁维修的问题;对再生系统计量泵A-P552A/B相关管线进行改造,泵的入口冷却水管线改为冷冻水管线,从而达到降低泵的使用温度,提高该泵的使用性能的目的;将再生泵入口管线的6片非标高镍法兰更换为ANSI标准形式法兰,解决入口管线应力过大的问题;对进出口单向阀的阀座、阀罩重新设计增加定位台阶,解决单向阀易泄漏、易损坏的难题。
