一般民用企业的电解加工机床,特别是立式C型电解机床,大多用来加工热锻模具。由于电解加工的效率较高,而一般企业的热锻模具用量又不是很大,所以电解加工机床的任务不足是比较普遍的现象。因此,在电解机床上发展对其它产品零件的加工已经引起某些工厂的重视。我厂自制电解机床两台,而用电解生产的模具年产量仅是一台机床半年的工作量,因此电解加工的潜力是很大的。今年以来由于搞专业化生产,热锻模具的产量逐步减少,电解加工的任务不足就显得特别突出。我厂生产的S S P型皮带运输机上的空心轴(见图1)每年约需要十万多件。空心轴
