在创新集群的发展演变中,由于各创新主体的创新分工与创新资源优势的不同,导致差异化的信息服务需求。跨系统协同创新导向下的创新服务平台建设在一定程度上适应了集群创新资源共建共享的发展趋势,然而分布式资源与服务依然未得到深入的组织与开发。文章由此提出信息服务融合组织的层次需求结构,并借助基于管道的信息服务融合框架,实现异构资源的获取,继而通过封装功能性微件,推进面向创新集群的跨系统信息服务融合。
In the development and evolution of innovation clusters, due to the difference of innovative division of labor and innovation resource advantage among the various innovation entities, the demand for differentiated information services results. The construction of innovative service platform under the guidance of cross-system collaborative innovation has, to some extent, adapted to the development trend of co-construction and sharing of cluster innovative resources. However, distributed resources and services are still not well-developed and developed. This paper proposes that the information service should integrate the hierarchical demand structure of the organization and use the pipe-based information service fusion framework to achieve the heterogeneous resources acquisition. In the end, the integration of cross-system information services for innovative clusters will be promoted through the encapsulation of functional widgets.
