合作学习是新课程理念倡导的一种重要的学习方式。在班级授课的整体框架下,“小组合作学习”自然成为“合作学习”的一种主要操作模式。在日常的课堂教学中我们常常发现,学生进行小组合作学习后,在小组汇报环节中,大多数学习小组进行汇报的往往都是那几个平常就爱说、都能说的孩子在进行。他们在经常的课堂汇报中得到锻炼的机会越来越多,他们变得越来越能说会道,越来越开朗活泼,而且在公开课上,抢着发言,抢着拿话筒的总是他们。而那些不爱表达或不善表达的孩子在小组中也具变得越来越沉默。这种现象,我们称之为小组合作学习中的“话语霸权”。
Cooperative learning is an important way of learning advocated by the new curriculum concept. In the overall framework of class teaching, “group cooperative learning ” naturally become “cooperative learning ” a major mode of operation.
